We ship WITHIN North America only at this time.

Shipping within Canada: Insurance included upon request. We will contact you with pricing and carrier options.

Shipping to USA: Insurance included upon request. We will contact you with pricing and carrier options.

*Please note for cross border shipping, that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and may apply.  These are not included in the order amount. They will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we cannot offer returns for our products at this time.  However, we value your feedback greatly, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch and we will make it right for you.

If your product was damaged en route to you, please refer to the shipping information for coverage available to you. Additional coverage is available upon request.
